Personal Description:

I am a full-time teacher based in Dublin with a strong passion for education and a deep commitment to my students’ success. I am hardworking, dedicated, and consistently strive to create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment. My teaching philosophy is rooted in putting students first—nurturing their potential, encouraging their curiosity, and helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.

Tutoring Experience:

I am a fully qualified teacher with an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Geography, and a Professional Masters of Education in Geography, Politics and Society, and CSPE from Maynooth University. I have extensive experience teaching Leaving Certificate Geography and Politics and Society, both within schools and through external educational settings. In 2024, 5 out of 8 of my Higher Level Politics and Society students achieved over a H2 grade, reflecting my commitment to high academic standards and student success. Alongside my classroom teaching, I deliver multiple sessions at Maynooth University, educating student teachers on effective methods for teaching Politics and Society.

Approach to Grinds:

I offer both in-person and online grinds, providing flexible options to suit each student’s needs. I work with students to agree on a weekly time that fits their schedule, ensuring consistency and progress. My approach is tailored, supportive, and focused on building confidence as well as exam success.
