Tutoring Experience

I was a tutor while at school for many years where I helped children learn to read and write, as well as teaching GCSE History in my spare time outside of school.

Tutoring Approach

I have a hands-on approach, where I take on a part of the lesson by explaining the topic and the important parts and any complicated terms that are confusing. Then I hand the lesson over by setting work, testing students to see how much they have understood and giving them a chance to ask questions to consolidate their knowledge.
