Hi I'm Alden and I've just graduated from Edinburgh University with a masters in computational applied mathematics having previously obtained a first in mathematics and work as a software engineer. I've loved studying maths and loved solving problems and I am keen to pass this on! I love my cats, football and watching films.

I've been tutoring Maths for 5 years, working with students of GCSE level to A level.
Tutoring Approach
I like to tailor my approach to suit the individual student. I feel the best way to learn Maths is through practice and encourage students to work through selected problems before I arrive. This allows us to identify and discuss together any difficulties, focusing on these specific areas of improvement.
