I have a First-Class Honours Degree in Chemistry, and a PhD in Organic Chemistry.
After completing my studies I worked as an academic Chemistry Researcher, but I found teaching and tutoring more rewarding.
I fell in love with Chemistry and the learning process.
I am a fully qualified Secondary-School Teacher.
My main job is working as a Supply Teacher, in Secondary Schools across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

Tutoring Approach
Talk to the student to assess their knowledge of Chemistry and identify the topics they have difficulty understanding.
Solve problem areas in a step-by-step fashion, using the student's own notes, text books, worksheets and PowerPoint presentations.
Prepare the student for exams by working through past examination papers.
My face-to-face tutorials are usually located at the tutee's house.
My online tutorials are on Zoom.
