I am a maths teacher living in Oxford, I love maths and teaching and teaching maths! I have been tutoring since I was at school and I love getting to know students and helping them improve and learn to love my subject.

Tutoring Experience

I've been teaching secondary and sixth form maths for the last 3 years, and I have been tutoring for over 10 years. I specialise in maths tutoring but have also tutored chemistry, physics and french in the past. I have extensive knowledge of the GCSE and A-level curriculum for both Maths and Further Maths, specialising in Edexcel. I also have experience tutoring IB maths at all levels.

Tutoring Approach

I believe that every student learns differently, and that everyone can be successful in maths. A student-led approach has always been my preferred method, where I work with them to help them achieve their goals. I cater to all abilities and experiences, from students who love maths to others who have always had a rocky relationship with the subject. Regular, consistent sessions are key, building foundations to support progress at school.
