Hi

I am a University Lecturer covering a wide range of physical and human geography specialisms but I also work closely with colleagues at local schools and so I am well aware of curriculum developments and content A-Level. I have a PGCHE and so have educational qualifications as well as my subject specialisms.

Tutoring Approach

My approach to tutoring is to develop deep learning and understanding in order to make the knowledge and understanding flexible and therefore more useful in assessment.

I also try to develop good habits towards exam technique and to identify and cut out bad practice enabling students to maximise their potential and knowledge in assessments.
