I am a retired professional with more than 50 years' experience in the military, business, aviation and judicial fields. I have also lived in many other countries and I fully understand the challenges of speaking a foreign language.

Tutoring Experience

I have many years' experience of mentoring and I have also been a qualified flying instructor. I qualified to teach English as a Second Langauge (CELTA qualified) a few years ago and I currently have four students for English conversation classes.

Tutoring Approach

My focus is of course on the needs of the student. I am happy to work one-to one or in small groups, either meeting training needs through structured conversation or by a more formal syllabus. I would suggest an initial free meeting at no cost would be the best way to establish if my skills best fit the needs of the student.
