Oxbridge educated Economics Teacher with over 30 years teaching experience. I have worked in Sixth Form Colleges and both private and state schools. Both my children are neurodiverse so I have experience of working with a range of learning needs.

Tutoring Experience

I specialise in Edexcel Economics and GCSE Business. Having taught and tutored a wide range of students, and having been an examiner, I know exactly what it takes to succeed.

Tutoring Approach

I will take time to understand a student’s strengths and weaknesses and guide them to become confident in their understanding. I use methods based in cognitive science to ensure the long term retention of key concepts, models and exam technique. Sessions will involve lots of interaction, fun and practice.
