Tutoring Experience
I taught French to A Level in South Africa, then French and Spanish to GCSE in Uxbridge and Croydon. I have been tutoring languages privately for many years as well. I am also an examiner for GCSE English Language & Literature for the AQA Examining Board.
Tutoring Approach
Students appreciate being given the tools to write and express themselves well. I help them to develop writing skills, have clear thinking and develop a strong, persuasive argument. For languages I enable students to have smart, confident methods of learning, retaining and recalling grammar structures at will, as well as advanced vocabulary at their fingertips.
