I taught English as a Foreign Language for four years then qualified as a maths teacher for ages 7-14.

Tutoring Approach

Maths - I love to work with primary-aged children facing maths anxiety and helping them begin to love the subject. I focus on mastering concepts, not rote learning. My lessons include fun, laughter, challenge and developing personal qualities such as resilience and positive thinking.

English - I teach all ages, completely to your personal needs. I can provide business English and presentation skills; academic essay writing; IELTS/OET/CAE exam preparation; conversational English; advanced pronunciation - and more. My lessons are very interactive and I provide continuous correction and feedback with a relaxed, stress-free atmosphere :-)
