Ki Steve

Steve is punctual, friendly and has helped my son identify the areas to focus on, in order to pass his English exam. He really feels Steve is giving him the tools to help with his GCSE English in a way that is easy to understand. Thanks Steve!

I approached Steve after my daughter got low marks in her GCSE mocks. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He identified what she needed very quickly in the first session and by the end of the first hour, we were both so amazed at the difference in her understanding and confidence, that we were almost speechless as Steve made it all seem so simple ! After only a couple of sessions, she was answering questions at a much higher level that she got in her mocks and the difference in her work was remarkable. Steve is very skilled at identifying any issue and then formulating a simple approach as to how to answer each question and this format was easy to apply to any question. There is no doubt that Steve made a huge difference to her understanding of what was required for each part of the question paper, for both Language and Literature. The sessions were cut short due to lockdown but she was awarded a top grade in the summer. Thank you Steve, we are very very grateful and my daughter is delighted that she now apply for her chosen University course for which she needed top grades at GCSE.

Steve came to my house on 5 occasions to tutor my son just prior to his GCSE English language exam. Steve is friendly and very well qualified ,and quickly worked out my son's weaknesses (after only one session) He was able encourage my son to work steadily for the whole hour each week with no protests, I was amazed. My son appeared to enjoy the sessions and was achieving grade C on question papers with Steve(previously an F grade in his mocks) Homework was also given each week. I would not hesitate to employ him again if needed.
