I am an experienced teacher and teach all ages and abilities. I like to help my students reach their potential and help them grow in confidence as they learn the language or prepare for exams. I am familiar with all the exam boards and the new specifications. I am friendly and flexible

Tutoring Experience

I have been tutoring Spanish, French and English for many years and have also taught in many state and independent schools. I have a degree in Modern Languages from Cambridge University and a PGCE teaching qualification.

Tutoring Approach

I start with the student - what their needs are and what they would like to focus on. I adapt all my lessons and use a variety of resources. I try to support school students with what they are studying at school. For my younger students, I aim to make the lessons fun, using a variety of videos, games and songs. I teach adults who are beginners and also returning to learning languages too.
