I have been teaching English, Music and Drama for 15 years and am passionate about learning. I believe that everyone has their own way of learning and there is an individual way to teach them, therefore there is nothing you cannot learn if you are taught properly. I prefer to teach from my home where possible so that I have access to my resources instantly and can fit more students in, however depending on if I already have other students in the area this is negotiable.
I have a PGCE in Secondary Music with a Masters in English and Creative Writing. I have been teaching for 15 years. I have previously been Head of Music at a secondary school and have taught English and Drama at another. I worked as a cover supervisor for several years preceding this and have taught students of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. I have taught English and Music theory, as well as given private vocal coaching and piano lessons, for 14 years. I have also taught at a British International School in Bangkok.
I focus on what the student needs help with, finding original and fun ways to remember information.
