I am a teacher of English Language, English Literature, and English as a Foreign Language.
I have worked as Head of Department in London, Barcelona, and Munich where I also served as Director of Modern Foreign Languages.
I am fluent in Spanish, in which I hold a Diploma, as well as German

Tutoring Experience

I have twenty-five years teaching experience and can offer teaching at A Level, GCSE, Years 7-9, as well as English as a Foreign Language.
I have also worked as an examiner for GCSE and A Level examinations

Tutoring Approach

I am motivated by differentiated learning pathways, tailoring learning to meet the specific and individual learning styles of the student. In my current post I have developed school-wide strategies for differentiated learning and believe one to one learning and tuition combined with a tailored learning plan always brings the best results.
I believe in developing the confidence on the individual learner through a dynamic and ongoing relationship of trust and quality teaching.
