Personal Description:

I am a First-Class Honours Immunology graduate and incoming PhD student at Trinity College Dublin. With 589 Leaving Cert points, including a H1 in Biology and H2 in Maths, I have a strong academic foundation and a deep understanding of the system. I offer personalized tutoring in senior cycle biology and junior cycle maths and science, equipping students with the skills and confidence to excel. Additionally, I am happy to offer career guidance for those interested in a science-related career.

Tutoring Experience:

With over three years of experience tutoring students both online and in-person—from primary school to Leaving Cert—I am committed to fostering a positive approach to learning and helping students achieve their full academic potential. Having tutored throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, I understand the importance of adaptability and personalised support in education. In addition to maths and science tutoring, I have casually taught piano to beginners and hold a Grade 8 Honours certificate from the Royal Irish Academy of Music.

Approach to Grinds:

I take a student-centred approach, actively listening to each student's needs and tailoring sessions to cover the topics they find most challenging. My goal is to create interactive and engaging lessons that enhance understanding and build confidence. I place strong emphasis on exam preparation, incorporating past exam paper questions to familiarize students with exam formats. Additionally, I can provide concise, well-structured study notes after each session to support independent revision and reinforce key concepts.
