Kate is an incredible coach and tutor. In the 4 short weeks we’ve been working together I can honestly say that my ability to speak with confidence, clarity, humour and gravitas has increased with every coaching session. When I first contacted Kate, I explained that I wanted to gain confidence when presenting to clients, to work colleagues and with broader public speaking responsibilities. As a senior professional I’ve either self-taught or taken many classes to improve in these areas, with little success. Kate provided me with a tailored programme to help me achieve my goals by targeting areas that have previously held me back, and by introducing new skills and techniques each week. Each coaching session builds on that from the week before, providing a layered approach that’s grounded in concepts that are built to last (breathing, posture, tone of voice etc… ).
