I've been having a weekly lesson since November with Lyubomira and loved every session. She is pateint, calm, personal and can explain the complexity of the language in a English manner which is easy to understand. The language is hard to learn yes, confusing, very, but i am making progress and proud to use anything i can to help with knowing my partners heritage and making memories with friends and her family. She gives homework for out of lesson learning, has a friendly watsapp group with all her students which she updates with national holidays, events etc which is also very interesting. I would highly recommend Lyubomira as your next step to learning the language.

I have been having weekly tutoring sessions with Maggie and I absolutely love it! Maggie is very flexible in her approach and we always have time for some chatting, which means I am always comfortable and 'warmed up' for learning. Maggie's approach is to encourage her pupils and she focuses on praise, letting you know that finding a creative or alternative way with the language - even if you don't always get it 100% right - is better than not having a go at all. I find this great and I have felt confident during our sessions. Maggie is also pretty funny and puts me at ease - I look forward to our sessions each week. Maggie is great at providing resources and sending them on following lessons, which means that there is nothing lost from having a virtual session rather than a live session. I thoroughly recommend having her as a tutor!

I have had lessons with Ai for a couple of months now and she is a brilliant tutor! We cover lots of different things in her lessons which I find really useful. She is very friendly and patient which always makes me feel comfortable, especially during conversation practice. I often feel very nervous when I speak Japanese but Ai made me feel at ease straight away. The lessons are always fun and I look forward to each one. I can't recommend her enough! :)

I was a little nervous at first as it's been something i've wanted to do for a long time but for several reasons i kept putting it off. Every lesson is informative and i'm slowly starting to build my confidence also i love the way Richa has a little 'yay' celebration with me everytime i pronounce something right :).
