Personal Description:

Hi, my name’s Dan. I’ve had a life long love of music, and began playing the piano from around the age of 3. I started going for lessons from the age of 4 or 5 and worked my way through the traditional classical grades, taking grade 8 at the age of 17. After graduating from uni I then returned to lessons to learn jazz piano.
I have always played purely for my own pleasure, but learning music has many other benefits too.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been teaching piano for 8 years now, both privately and in schools (where I also work as a science teacher)

Tutoring Approach:

I’m happy teaching all levels and all ages. I tailor my lessons to suit your requirements; whether you want to learn casually for fun and play your favourite songs or whether you wish to work through the grades and learn music theory, or perhaps play some jazz and learn how to improvise.

I offer 30-, 45-, and 60-minu**Contact Detail Removed**ssons. Shorter classes are particularly well-suited to younger students.
