Jamie is an excellent music teacher. I am really pleased i found him, i am confident he will help my Sax playing immensely. He has a vast musical knowledge and playing skills on several different instruments. Timing is my down fall, Jamie plays the piano while i play the Sax, which is helping me to keep in time. It's so easy to play loosely when playing at home on your own. I look forward to my lessons, i am even considering taking a few grade exams. I never had the confidence before.

I came across Peter when I was looking for a local bass tutor. I’ve been playing on and off for most of my life but always get stuck in a rut with practice. I needed someone to point me in the right direction with a practice regime. I’ve had a few tutors over the years but simply being a good player or a guitarist who plays a bit of bass doesn’t necessarily translate into being a good teacher. Peter is a teacher by profession and it really shows in the way he approaches teaching the bass. He will take the time to listen to what you want and then structure your lessons accordingly using printed course material. Highly recommended whether you’re a beginner or intermediate player.
