I started lessons with Ed a few months ago after a 15 year gap, and I’m really pleased with how I’ve progressed in my playing and confidence over this time. Ed is very friendly, professional, patient and good at explaining things in different ways. He is really knowledgeable about all aspects of playing, as well as the theory, musical context, and useful tips for practising! Because of the covid situation, most of my lessons have been virtual and this has gone really smoothly, I haven’t noticed the difference. I’m really glad to have Ed as my teacher.

As an adult student I was very nervous to start learning a new instrument, however Andrew made me feel very comfortable very quickly. I've been learning over the last 2 years with him, and he's lead me to achieve my Grade 1 at distinction level, and I'll be taking my Grade 2 in the next few months.
